About

Our History Here:

On August 31st, 2016 a group of 10 individuals came together with one goal and purpose in mind, to educate local Kansas Citians and also help preserve our culture for native Puerto Ricans living in the metro area.

The board has a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences; they are a group of skilled professionals who have volunteered their time and efforts to ensure the mission and vision of this organization is met and continues to develop.

Our purpose and mission is to promote awareness and preserve our culture and traditions by educating the community and empowering Puerto Ricans in the Greater Kansas City area.

This corporation is organized exclusively for educational, charitable, educational, and cultural purpose including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
